Method 1: Gmail welcome mail
All Gmail account receive "Gmail welcome mail" after they create Gmail account. So this Gmail welcome mail has the same date as your gmail account creation date.So noting this mail will serve the purpose. Go to Gmail Inbox to and hit the Oldest button to get the last message. this message will be from Gmail Team. Note down the Date and you are done!!
Note : This case may fail if you had deleted your Welcome mail ,So you are unable to get the email creation date. If you are one of those proceed to Method 2.

Method 2: Using POP
Well this method will work for account created after 2007.
1. Sign in to your Gmail account.
2. Click on the gear icon

3. Now click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP Tab.
4. In POP Download section look out for " Status: POP is enabled for all mail that has arrived since 3/31/11."
5 This above date (which is 3/31/11 in MM/DD/YY format) is your account creation date
